There is nothing better than sinking into the ahh-inducing comfort of a camp chair after a long day spent outside. Camp chairs give your backside a place to park while you eat dinner and socialize around the campfire.
How to choose
- Car camping: Most car camping chairs include 2 mesh cup holders, are made of durable fabric and have a strong frame. These are not meant to be taken into the backcountry.
- Backpacking: When packed down, these chairs are usually the size of a large water bottle making them easy to transport. They are much lighter than car camping chairs so you can carry them into the backcountry.
