Vermont Mountain Bike Association has partnered with GeerGarage!

This partnership provides a wider variety of outdoor gear rentals to the community, all facilitated through a peer-to-peer rental model. Outdoor enthusiasts of all experience levels can now tap into GeerGarage’s platform to rent and lend quality gear with their neighbors. Together we're expanding access to essential equipment for a variety of outdoor activities in a cost-effective and sustainable way.

Get matched in as little as 30 minutes

We find the right gear to fuel your adventure through our community of local lenders.

Pickup the gear and have fun

Once your match is accepted, you and the lender exchange the gear and you're off!

Return the gear and review the lender

Bring back the gear to the lender at the agreed upon location and time.

How lending works

List your gear for rent and configure payments

Choose what gear you want to lend and then configure an account with Stripe so we can pay you.

Get texted to lend

We'll invite you to lend when a renter needs your gear. Opt in or out of any rental as your schedule allows.

Meet the renter for pickup

Decide on a pickup location / time and meet the renter to do the gear exchange.

Get your gear back and review the renter

We'll deposit your earnings at the bank you configured with Stripe.
